What’s great about these podcasts is that she uses evidence based advice and explains the why behind the various emotions we experience. Clever stuff.

The power of meditation is definitely understated.  Just by taking out 5 minutes of your daily routine you can improve your focus, productivity, fell more calm, boost creativity…. need I go on? It’s so hard to get into the routine but I think we all know the benefits.

This podcast is well suited to listen at the end of the day, to help you feel calm and relaxed.  It offers short, daily guided meditations with general themes such as self love, affirmations, releasing negative thoughts and bringing in positive thoughts. Your manageable little slice of peace.
